Wedding cakes are my happy place. and I would love to work with you to create a stunning cake that fits your style. I am passionate about modern cake design, I adore simplicity, texture and using elements such as fresh flowers to create a beautiful cake that connects and compliments its environment.

I strongly believe that your finished product is only as good as the ingredients you start with, therefore every cake is made from scratch, using the highest quality ingredients, local where possible and, of course, free range eggs. I use delicious finishes such as swiss meringue buttercream, ganache and my famous white chocolate truffle icing (no fondant here!), ensuring your cake tastes just as good as it looks.

I provide a professional service, focussed on delivering exceptional quality, beautiful design and delicious flavours.

Every cake is made to order in my registered home kitchen, giving you peace of mind, knowing that my practices are compliant with current food safety regulations and audited by the Napier City Council.

Bring your ideas to the table and we will work together to create a stunning custom designed cake that fits the style of your wedding.

I will guide you through the process, offering my professional advise, options and ideas to suit your individual needs, style and budget.

This option includes a one hour design consultation, full support via email, the ability to choose from my full menu or to customise your flavours, coordination with your florist to ensure your cake is complete and looking fabulous upon delivery and so much more!

This is where I really get to have some fun, try new techniques, proportions and designs that have been floating around in my head just waiting for the right couple to come along!

Consultation is essential with this option to ensure I have a good grasp of your style and requirements. From there, just leave it to me and I will come up with a one of a kind design to surprise and delight.

FIXED DESIGN ESTABLISHED PLD DESIGNS

Our fuss free option designed to make the process of ordering your wedding cake as easy as possible.

Simply choose your favourite from our range of stunning established designs. Then select from the range of sizes, flavours and modifications available. There is no need for a consultation as all the options are laid out for you. Simple as that!

The selected options make this a wonderful option for the cost conscious couple, There is no compromise on quality as I apply the same level of expertise, workmanship, quality ingredients and recipes to every cake.
